Shipping - One-Time Purchases
Where do you ship one-time items from your online store?
For one-time items from our online store, we currently ship to more than 60 countries.
How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping costs vary depending on the product ordered, the weight of the product, and where it's being shipped to.

How long is order processing?
- It can take anywhere from 1-3 business days for an order to be processed.
Where is my order confirmation email?
- If you can't find your order confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Online Store Purchases
- For U.S. customers, shipping will take anywhere from 1-5 business days.
- For International customers, shipping will take anywhere from 7-14 business days.
Specialty Items/Promotional Products
- For U.S. customers, shipping can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks.
- For International customers, shipping can take anywhere from 5-8 weeks.
Will I receive a tracking number?
A tracking number will always be provided for orders being shipped to/across the United States. For international orders, a tracking number will be provided in most cases, though this cannot always be guaranteed. If you have any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
I didn't receive ALL of the products from my order; where are they?
- Don't panic! The rest of your order is on its way. If you order multiple products, and we are short on stock of any of those products, we will ship them to you separately from one of our product suppliers; this allows us to get them to you faster!
What is your Refund & Return policy?
- Refunds & Returns are only eligible on full price or sale items from our online store IF you received a damaged product(s), didn't receive the product(s), or received the wrong product(s). Otherwise, all sales are final.
You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the product(s) to qualify for a refund. In some cases, you may be asked to provide images for proof.

Shipping - Elite Parcel Subscriptions
Where do you offer shipping for Elite Parcel Subscriptions?
For our Elite Parcel Subscriptions, we currently offer shipping to over 10 countries.
Is shipping free for Elite Parcel Subscriptions?
- Shipping is free for U.S. Subscribers. Shipping fees will apply to those located outside of the United States.
When will you ship my Elite Parcel?
- Parcels are shipped within the first 10-12 business days of every month.
When is the cut-off date to receive a monthly Parcel?
- The cut-off date is the 1st of the month. For example, if you sign up before, or on, December 1st, you will receive the December Parcel. If you sign up AFTER December 1st, you will receive the January Parcel.
Where is my order confirmation email and/or subscription confirmation email?
- If you can't find your order confirmation email and/or subscription confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
- If it isn't in your spam folder, contact our support team at email@example.com.
How long will it take for my Parcel to arrive?
- For U.S. members, shipping can take anywhere from 1-5 business days.
- For International members, shipping can take anywhere from 7-14 business days.
When Will I Be Billed?
- For all subscription plans, you will be billed directly at sign up. All recurring billing dates will fall on the 1st of the month.

To cancel your subscription, simply sign-in to your customer account and click cancel on any upcoming recurring orders. If you require further assistance, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
What kind've products are in the Elite Monthly Parcels?
The Parcels contain Fashion Accessories, Grooming Essentials & Lifestyle Products. Whether you love Ties, Pocket Squares, Socks, Moisturizers, Body Cleansers, Pomade, Combs, Wallets - you'll receive products like these and more!
Are the grooming products full size, travel size, or sample size?
- We include variations of all three.

Refunds & Returns
Do you issue refunds on subscription plans?
We do not typically issue refunds. Please see our Terms of Service for more details.
Do you accept returns on Elite Parcels?
- We don't accept returns on Parcels.
